Subscription based. $999/mo for a regularly scheduled session every week in addition to the online group components.

Will include an onboarding program and individualized training/movement program, updates every six-eight weeks or as frequently as is appropriate, video technique review, access to educational videos several times per month, weekly live group calls.

Please note, if choosing the option including live sessions weekly/biweekly, these will need to be recurring on the same day and time, and that availability confirmed before purchase to avoid scheduling conflicts. Of course we will always try to reasonably accommodate occasional changes, but we do frequently get fully booked!
