There is a huge gap between being out of pain and being able to perform in your favorite activity again, whether thats hitting central park for a jog or climbing a mountain.

Many people struggle through physical therapy and get out of pain only to incur that same pain once they return to exercise or sport, or even just every day life! Thats where we come in.
