If no one-to-one component, will include an onboarding program and individualized training/movement program, updates every six-eight weeks or as frequently as is appropriate, video technique review, access to educational videos several times per month, weekly live group calls, private Facebook group.

If opting for the once/month virtual session instead, please ensure schedule availability prior to purchasing

All subscriptions are on a month to month basis - there is no contract. You may cancel up to 5 days before end of your monthly cycle to avoid being billed for the next cycle.
